Note: We charge by the Number of HVAC systems for Mold Inspections (easier than by sq ft)     We require payment for services prior to issuing our reports, Visa, Mastercard or check is preferred.   If a Home Inspection is also being done, we prefer to collect mold air samples prior to the home inspection. Please allow about 15 minutes for each AC system. Samples should be done in a calm controlled environment.  REMEMBER a mold inspection usually requires more time than a Home Inspection. A Home Inspection can be done at the same time as a mold inspection but air sampling for mold is best done prior to the start of home inspection.

Please: Please NO vacuuming 12 hours prior to Mold Sampling. Please keep DOORS & WINDOWS closed 12 hours prior to Mold Sampling or Radon Test. (normal entry and exit ok)
